Fair Use Policy

At Recall, we are committed to providing a high-quality experience for all our users. To maintain fairness, sustainability, and a great service for everyone, our Fair Use Policy applies to all users, including those on the unlimited plan.

Unlimited Does Not Mean Unrestricted

While our Unlimited Plan offers extensive access to Recall's features, it is subject to reasonable usage limits based on system costs and fair access for all users.

Recall incurs costs based on usage. If an individual user's consumption significantly exceeds reasonable levels, we reserve the right to pause, review, or adjust their subscription.

Subscription Review and Adjustments

If a user's cost per month exceeds a reasonable threshold, we may:

• Contact the user to discuss options, including adjusting their subscription tier or recommending alternative plans.
• Temporarily pause the subscription while we assess a sustainable way forward.
• Offer a tailored usage plan based on actual consumption needs.

Prohibited Use Cases

To maintain service integrity, the following activities are not allowed under any plan:

• Automated Usage: Using scripts, bots, or automation tools to artificially increase usage.
• Abuse of Unlimited Access: Any activity that exploits the system in a way that results in extreme, disproportionate costs relative to other users.
• Reselling or Sharing Access: Accounts are intended for individual use only and cannot be shared across multiple people or resold.

Our Commitment to Users

We are dedicated to transparency and fairness. If we identify excessive usage, we will always:

• Offer a chance to discuss their usage and explore possible solutions.
• Ensure that policies evolve in a way that benefits both our users and the long-term sustainability of Recall.
