Fair Use Policy

• Unlimited Plans Have Limits: Our unlimited plan provides generous access, but extreme usage that results in excessive operational costs beyond reasonable thresholds may require review.
• Prohibited Activities:
  • Using scripts, bots, or automation to artificially generate excessive usage.
  • Exploiting the system to incur extreme costs beyond normal usage patterns.
  • Sharing, reselling, or redistributing account access to others.
• Enforcement: If we determine a user exceeds fair usage, we may:
  • Contact the user to discuss alternative plans or adjustments.
  • Temporarily pause or modify the subscription for review.
  • Recommend a tailored usage plan to align with service costs.

Payments, Refunds & Subscription Terms

• Billing:
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
  • Users must provide valid and authorized payment details at the time of purchase.
  • Any use of fraudulent, unauthorized, or fake payment details will result in immediate suspension of the account, and we reserve the right to take further action, including legal remedies.
• Refund Policy:
  • We offer a 30-day refund policy for new users.
  • If we determine that you have abused the system within those 30 days (e.g., excessive usage, automation, account sharing), we reserve the right to deny a refund.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are only provided within the first 30 days of service.

• Liability for Fraudulent Payments:

  • If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated under fraudulent circumstances, Recall reserves the right to permanently ban the user and take appropriate legal action.

By using Recall, you agree not to:

Governing Law & Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
• Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, unless an alternative method is mutually agreed upon.
• You agree that any claims related to these Terms must be filed within one year of the event giving rise to the claim.
